48 hours' notice

If a cancellation is necessary, please aim to give me at least 48 hours' notice. If less notice is given, the cancellation fee may be charged.

Need another time?

If you cancel a session with more than 48 hours' notice, I will endeavour to find you a convenient time slot for the same week. However, this may not always be possible.

Online instead?

If you wish to cancel an in-person therapy session but would like to keep the appointment as an online session, this can be arranged.

No double standards

If I fall sick, I will aim to give you more than 48 hours' notice and will offer you another date and time if possible.
